This week in JackHamr: Focus mode, a partners program, and five blog posts
Six releases in seven days: the new Focus view, the white-label partner program, agent folders, in-chat file previews, and the connecting tissue that makes them discoverable.
A week with six releases deserves more than changelog lines. Here is what landed and why each one matters.
Focus: manage agents without watching screens
The headline release. Focus takes over the screen with one card at a time: the decisions your agents need from you, the replies they sent, and the work they finished. The rest of the app dims to the background. Answer with a tap, a number key, or your voice, and the agent continues with your answer in context.

White-label partners (rolling out)
Agencies can now run JackHamr under their own brand: their domain, their logos and colors, their email sender, their own OAuth apps, and wholesale credit economics behind a partner API. We are onboarding a small group of launch partners first. Details and a contact link at [JackHamr for partners](/partners).
Smaller but real
- **Agent folders**: drag agents into folders on the rail, so a growing fleet stays organized.
- **In-chat file previews**: images inline, audio and video playable, with a lightbox for the full view.
- **Per-user sidebar ordering**: your arrangement of shared agents no longer overwrites anyone else's.
- **Free-credit expiry emails**: a day-12 warning before trial credit expires, so nobody loses work time to a surprise.

Focus: be the manager your agents need, without watching their screens
