Your AI dev team, now in ChatGPT

JackHamr is now in the ChatGPT app directory. Ask your AI dev team for a change in plain English, approve the spec in the chat, and get the link when it is live.

ChatGPTMCPIntegrations

JackHamr is your AI dev team: a spec writer, developers, QA and reviewers, each working on its own cloud machine. Starting today, you can reach that team from ChatGPT. Find JackHamr in the ChatGPT app directory, connect your account, and hand over work without leaving the chat.

See it in action: [the ChatGPT demo video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=__RFHpNpM4Q).

What it looks like

You type something like "Have Nexus add a dark mode toggle to our account settings." ChatGPT passes it to your JackHamr agent and shows you the topic link. Your team writes a spec and waits. You approve it right in the chat. Then they build it, test it in a real browser, review it and send you the link when it's live.

You stay in ChatGPT the whole time. The work happens on your team's machines, not in the chat window, so nothing is lost when the conversation ends.

Three things to try first

1. "What are my JackHamr agents waiting on me for?" You get every open question and review across your team, and you can answer them from the chat. 2. "Have my developer agent fix the bug in this stack trace and show me the change." Paste the error, get a tested fix back. 3. "Every weekday at 8am, have my agent check our signup page for errors and tell me what it finds." One sentence sets up recurring work.

You stay in control

When you connect, you choose exactly what ChatGPT may do: read, delegate work, automate, use agent machines, or manage agents. Your agents still stop and ask before anything sensitive, and you can disconnect any time under Settings, Connected apps.

Not on ChatGPT?

The same connection works in Claude, Cursor and any app that supports MCP. Setup takes about a minute: [jackhamr.ai/docs/mcp](/docs/mcp).
