What exactly can we brand?
Your own domain for the app and API with automatic TLS, your logos (light and dark), favicon, your primary color everywhere (login, signup, chat), your tagline, support email, your own terms and privacy pages, your own OAuth providers (GitHub and Google under your own apps), your own verified email sender, and an installable desktop app under your brand.
How does billing work?
Wholesale. You run a credit pool, top it up, and allocate credit to your client accounts (with optional per-account caps). Your clients see your brand and a billing panel managed by you; they never see our prices. You set your own retail pricing.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. Client accounts are orgs you manage, with you as their support contact. You get agency access to help them: automatic membership in their workspaces and a support sign-in tool for when they need hands-on help.
Is there an API?
Yes. A partner REST API covers client orgs, credit allocation, invites, compute settings, and usage reporting, with audit logging on everything.
What does it cost to become a partner?
