Teach your agents the house style
Tell an agent once how you deploy and save it as a skill. Every agent that loads it, on every clone, works your way. Reach it with a slash, brief it by voice.
Your deploy has four steps and one of them is "wait for the cache to warm or the smoke test lies." Tell an agent once. Save it as a skill. Every agent that loads it, in every chat and on every clone, deploys your way from then on. That shipped this week, with two ways to reach it faster: a slash to invoke it, a microphone to brief it.
Skills
A skill is a named set of instructions an agent loads when it needs them: how you deploy, how you write tests, what a good commit message looks like here, the checklist for a customer report. Author them per agent from a settings page, or let the agent do it. Give one a clear explanation of a process, say "save that as a skill," and it writes the skill itself with the skill manager tool.

Skills are how a fleet stays consistent. Ten clones running ten cards all load the same deploy skill, so nobody has to explain the cache warm-up ten times.
Slash commands

Type a slash in the composer and an autocomplete opens with your skills and the built-ins. Type a skill's name to invoke it. Compact folds a long conversation to free context. New starts a fresh session. Model switches the model mid-conversation.
Voice
Press the microphone, or hold a modifier key while typing, and talk. Audio is transcribed and streamed live into the composer as you speak, with vocabulary biasing so your project names come through spelled correctly. In June the same dictation arrived in board task creation.
Agents that know the house style stop needing the tour.

Agents that learn: the memory wiki
Every agent learns on its own. Each session ends with notes, a nightly librarian merges them into a wiki, and the wiki shapes every prompt after that. Month three looks nothing like day one.
